How should you deal wth a boss who always take credit of your work? And thinks that you are a threat to her/him?
What you should do when you faced with a boss who always take credit for the hardwork which you did? See the video below. Similarly in ancient Three Kingdoms times, many warriors gave up their lifes and put in so much efforts so that their warlord (E.g. Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Sun Quan, etc) can conquer and expand their territories. In the Three (3) Kingdoms period, either you sacrifice own life and proof to the scheming warlords your loyalty or face the possibility that you would totally lose the trust and support from the warlord(s) the warrior was serving/fighting under. But the difference is that in today’s work society, you cannot do much thing if you boss is always taking credit for what you had done. Your immediate boss might see you as a threat to her/him, as you start to show your talents, skills, knowledge (And especially worst is that surrounding colleagues also acknowlegde that your talents, skills are better than that of your boss) So what should you do? Stay? Leave? There are many answers to this question. Some who are more conservative will ask you to be be more low profile and think of ways to manage your own boss. To let your boss feel more secure, to cooperate with your boss. Others might advice that you leave your company, and also expose what your boss did. See the video below which provides very interesting discussion/talk about this commonly faced problems by many people.
